Reservation Policy:
Rates are in euro per apartment.
At the moment of the reservation will be required a deposit by bank transfer or paypal. The payment of the balacne will be aìdone at the arrival in cash.
The city tax of € 1,00 per person per night (except children under 16 years old) is not included in the apartment rate. It will be added to the bill to be paid in cash for a max of 7 nights stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified below and should be communicated by e-mail.
Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 3 days prior the arrival date.
For no/show or late cancellation the amount paid as deposit will be not refundable.
