As there is no 24-hour reception, we kindly ask you to inform us the exact time of your arrival a few days in advance.

Are the prices quoted per person or per room?
The prices that you find on the site are per apartment.
Do I have to pay a deposit upon booking?
A form of guarantee will be requested upon making your reservation. You can provide your credit card details or pay a deposit via bank transfer. The balance can be paid upon arrival in cash.
Are credit cards accepted?
A credit card is required at the time of booking just as a guarantee, whilst the total for your stay can be paid only in cash
Can I connect to the internet?
Of course! Free Wi-Fi access is available all over the property. You will find your password in your room.
Is there a luggage storage area?
There sure is. We have a free luggage storage at your disposal for you to utilise both on the day of arrival and on departure day.
Do I have to be back at a certain time?
No! Upon arrival, we will give you the key which will allow you to have full autonomy and be free from any time restrictions for your return.
What about parking?
Our agritourism offers free parking on the property.

What is included in the room rate?
The local accommodation tax of 1.00 euro per person (excluding children under 16 years of age) per night is not included in the room rate. It will be added to room bill and should be paid in cash upon arrival.

Am I able to bring my dog?
Our 4-legged friends are welcome, however the staff of the facility must be informed upon booking.
Can I smoke in the room?
We are sorry but our rooms are non-smoking.
I have a 3 year-old child. Do I also need to pay for them?
All children under 12 years of age stay free of charge in their parents' bed or in extra beds available upon request and subject to confirmation of the structure.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations must be received exclusively in writing via e-mail to the address email@example.com
For late arrivals, early departures or cancellations made less than XXX days before arrival, you will be charged for the first night.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, an amount equal to the first night’s stay will be charged.
